Why sponsor R4E?

One of our core values is to support a diverse network of researchers. We lower barriers to participation in scientific conferences by underrepresented scientists by providing financial stipends, registration fees, and society memberships for BIPOC, women, LGBTQ2S+, and scientists with a disability. By volunteering to lead an R4E workshop, these researchers gain invaluable skills and access to new opportunities, including leadership skills, teaching experience, networking, and mentorship opportunities.

R4E Stipends can be named for your organization (Violet Level).

We run our workshops at premier scientific conferences, including ASM Microbe, Society for Neuroscience, Geological Society of America, American Society for Cell Biology, Allied Genetics Conference by the Genetics Society of America, Evolution, and many more.

Sponsorship levels:

Blue Level Sponsors are highlighted in 1 workshop for $650 USD.
Indigo Level Sponsors are highlighted in 5 workshops for $2500 USD.
Violet Level Sponsors are highlighted in 1 year of workshops and have an R4E Stipend named for their organization for $4500 USD, receive recipient testimonials, and are highlighted in social media and newsletters.
